Our commercial / fleet pricing philosophy.

Our pricing philosophy is simple. We quote “all” our business customers our BEST price right up front. It’s the very least we will sell the vehicle for based on current availability. No haggle, no hassles, no pressure to buy that instant or that day. Simply a straight forward, honest pricing approach in doing business. We also do not charge an excessive dealer processing or “doc” fee to our business customers. Most dealers show a low advertised price, but also charge a substantial dealer doc fee.

How is our selection?

Although we are still a new commercial dealer and our inventory has to grow, we still have access to plenty of inventory. Utility and flat beds, goosenecks and dumps, we carry a full line of “ready to go” commercial inventory. In addition, we have partnerships with (5) local up fitter bailment pools, with inventory totaling over 1,000 units. We can get upfitted trucks from Knapheide, Reading, Omaha, and Supreme. Our partnerships with these great companies earn us purchases discounts on body upfits that we pass on to our business customers.


How experienced is Ray Huffines Chevrolet in handling business customers?

Very! We have upgraded our commercial staff with some of the most experienced personnel in the region, or for that matter, the nation. Mike Stubbs, our Commercial Sales Manager has 33 years experience in the automotive business. He has 27 years in selling commercial and fleet. We know to ask the right questions of our customers when they need a quote on a new vehicle. Our management team is connected to top commercial / fleet management at General Motors. Our professional commercial sales staff qualifies each customer we serve by asking key questions regarding the type of business they are in, where they are located, do they have a business or trade association they belong to, how many vehicles they have in company service, and many other aspects that could qualify them for additional incentives. We have access to programs most dealers don’t even know exist. This in turn helps lower our customer’s prices and helps ensure that they are getting the BEST price.

I’m not in the Plano / Dallas area. Does Ray Huffines Chevrolet deliver?

For customers in our immediate market, we will deliver your new vehicles to you at no additional charge. For customers outside our immediate market who purchase from our on hand inventory, we can easily arrange delivery to most locations in the South Central or Southeast areas of the United Sates for a nominal charge. We can also ship a unit to almost anywhere in the lower 48 states. For units that are factory ordered, we can arrange to have a vehicle drop shipped to any like franchise dealer location in the lower 48 states. The delivering dealer’s courtesy delivery fee would apply. We are also just 30 minutes from either DFW International Airport or Love Field and can pick you up at the airport. Fly in and drive you new vehicle back home.

What if I have a trade in?

While all our commercial and fleet pricing to customers is “bottom line”, straight sale pricing, we do welcome trade-ins any time. Since our new vehicle price is a fleet or wholesale price to the customer, our trade allowances are based on the wholesale or actual cash value of the trade unit.

Is Ray Huffine Chevrolet’s service department geared to help my business?

At Ray Huffines Chevrolet, we are a Business Elite Chevrolet Certified Service facility. When your company vehicle isn’t running it costs you money. Our goal is to get your company car or truck back on the road as soon as possible. We understand our business customers and the fact that their vehicles down time affects their bottom line.
